GIOVANNI GERVASIO AND CHRISTOPHE SAAM APPOINTED PART-TIME JUDGES TO THE FEDERAL PATENT COURT

The Federal Assembly today appointed Giovanni Gervasio and Christophe Saam as part time judges to the new Federal Patent Court. This new court will have jurisdiction over all patent litigations and Switzerland, and start its activities in 2011.

The appointment of two part-time judges from the P&TS team of patent attorneys  underlines the level of expertise of our firm in patent law.
