Der Zugang zu diesen Daten, die Schwierigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Zunahme der Anmeldungen in den asiatischen L\u00e4ndern und die Notwendigkeit, immer komplexere Instrumente zur Informationsverarbeitung zu meistern, sind einige der Herausforderungen, denen sich Patentanwender stellen m\u00fcssen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Um einen Austausch bew\u00e4hrter Praktiken zu erm\u00f6glichen und die Sichtbarkeit des Berufs in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit und in Unternehmen zu erh\u00f6hen, sind in vielen europ\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern Gruppen von Nutzern von Patentinformationen nach dem Vorbild von US-Patentinformations- Benutzergruppe (PIUG) gegr\u00fcndet worden.<\/p>\n<p>In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass eine solche Gruppe in der Schweiz nicht existierte und in Anerkennung der Notwendigkeit einer Plattform f\u00fcr den Austausch zwischen den Fachleuten einer innovationsgetriebenen Wirtschaft haben sich Schweizer Patentinformationsspezialisten zusammengefunden, um die Schweizerische Patentinformations-Benutzergruppe CHPIUG ins Leben zu rufen.
