After obtaining a Masters in biomedical engineering at the University of Technology of Compiègne, Anne-Laure Razimbaud worked for more than 10 years in hospitals in Haute-Savoie as a biomedical engineer and then as a department manager. In this function, she had the opportunity to manage several technical and organizational projects, and to lead an ISO 9001:2008 certification process.
In 2013, she moved to Neuchâtel with her family, to join the Neuchâtel hospital as head of the biomedical engineering department and then as head of facility department, which allowed her to broaden her knowledge in the field of support services management.
At the start of 2019, she changed sectors and joined Microcity SA, the innovation center of the canton of Neuchâtel, as administration and infrastructure manager. Within the management team, she participates in the implementation of management tools and supports the quality approach.
Arriving at PT&S at the end of 2020 as operations manager, her mission is to support the management in the conduct of strategic projects, to coordinate the administrative team and financial management.
Anne-Laure is married and has two children. She devotes her free time to her family and sport, mainly trail running and mountain biking.
