Burçin began her career as a teacher of Economics and Applied Economics in Belgium. After completing her master’s degree in management science at UCL (Université Catholique de Louvain), she was attracted by the desire to diversify her experiences and decided to experiment with professional life by moving to Istanbul to further her knowledge in the field of accounting and finance, where she held the position of administrative and financial director in French lycées. After spending nine rewarding years there, she decided to return to Europe to work in Luxembourg as a financial director in a law firm, hoping to make a long-term career of it. However, life had other surprises in store for her.

Burçin joined P&TS in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer.

Outside her professional life, Burçin has a passion for kitesurfing, scuba diving and travelling. She also has a keen interest in psychology and personal development, going so far as to volunteer her services as a breathing coach to support people in difficulty and help them overcome life’s challenges.
