He went on to complete a master\u2019s degree at UFRN, focusing on micro-magnetism (2012), a topic that sparked his lasting interest in nanotechnologies. His academic path continued with a PhD at the University of Stuttgart, Germany, in 2017, where he specialized in quantum technologies and semiconductor nano- and micro-fabrication. During this time, Felipe co-authored over 10 scientific papers, accumulating more than 1,000 citations, and made pivotal contributions to the development of diamond-based quantum sensors \u2014 advancing the field to the point where commercialization became a reality.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond his technical achievements, Felipe has developed a strong expertise at the intersection of science and business. His career combines deep technical know-how in quantum sensing, material science, and device engineering with a hands-on understanding of the strategic importance of protecting innovation. In the rapidly advancing quantum sector, Felipe offers far more than a surface-level view: he has a comprehensive understanding of the complex world of quantum physics and engineering, enabling effective communication with experts and decision-makers alike. This rare blend of technical depth and business acumen allows him to help our clients navigate the intricate landscape of quantum innovation and secure their advances through patents that are both scientifically rigorous and commercially impactful.<\/p>\n<p>Following his PhD, Felipe co-founded Qnami AG, a Swiss start-up that has since become a leader in the field of quantum technologies.
