This potential has been well understood by Munich-based Bernstein who offers a web platform for time-stamping documents, thus providing a very convenient and secure way of securing a date and proving control over invention-disclosures, software and digital creations such as photographs, videos, music, architecture, etc. This date can be used as evidence in an NDA contract, for protecting trade secrets, or in IP litigation, and helps inventors or creators to secure their creation or at least obtain the right to use them.<\/p>\n
