\u2013 Patent applications<\/strong>: the analysis of invention announcements, strategy proposals, patentability searches, drafting patent applications in French and English, examining applications.<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0Searches<\/strong>: patentability searches, freedom-to-operate searches, in collaboration with our team of patent information analysts.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Audits<\/strong>: IP roadmaps, IP assessments.<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0Business Development:<\/strong>\u00a0 management and independent development of client portfolios.<\/p>\n

Preference will be given to a qualified patent attorney with prior experience of at least 4 years in a service or an IP firm.\u00a0 The candidate must be able to conduct meetings in French and in English and be able to draft in these two languages; an at least passive knowledge of German is also required. \u00a0We are particularly looking for candidates with an initial qualification as a physicist, electrical engineer, mechanical and\/or microtechnology engineer.<\/p>\n
