Polina obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, specialising in finance, from the Haute école de Gestion Arc. This degree, which she obtained while working actively, enabled her to take her first professional steps in property accounting at a Neuchâtel-based property management company.

She then had the opportunity to join a large international pharmaceutical company. For ten years, she held various positions ranging from accounts receivable to general accounting, while also conducting internal and external audits. These different kinds of experiences allowed her to acquire solid technical skills, broaden her understanding of financial processes and strengthen her expertise in a dynamic environment.

In 2021, Polina was offered the position of Accounts Receivable Manager. Since then, she has been leading a team and supervising all activities related to customer cycles. She is also fully involved in optimising financial processes, actively contributing to the continuous improvement and overall performance of the organisation.

Polina joined the P&TS finance team in August 2025.
