To lead and coordinate the development and growth of these teams, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated and committed individual for the position of :

Operations and Projects Manager 80-100%

This key position requires proven skills in project management, team leadership, workflow management and organisational processes. The objective is to challenge established practices, make workflows more reliable and coordinate projects, bringing vision and linkage to internal operational actions. The position is based in Neuchâtel.

Your mission:

  • Ensure the general management of the central services and the coordination of the administrative and paralegal team
  • Manage and lead a team of 10 specialists, on 2 sites (Neuchâtel and Zurich)
  • Coordinate actions according to deadlines or absences while avoiding disruptions
  • Take responsibility and ensure the continuous work flow of the teams
  • Coordinate the development of tools and procedures to improve internal processes, in a participative approach.
  • Making existing processes and workflows more reliable, while remaining attentive to needs
  • Leading and facilitating projects to digitise services based on needs analysis
  • Coordinating project groups, with a solution and result-oriented mindset
  • Promote best practices efficiently with a view to continuous improvement
  • Getting employees to support the deployment of tools
  • Instill an energetic and positive spirit for the success of projects

Your profile:

You have a solid background in team leadership and management, as well as a good understanding of an innovative and agile SME. You have a strong interest in technology and experience in the coordination and deployment of continuous improvement projects. The financial and technological dimensions (deployment of software solutions) are an integral part of the position. Your organisational skills, mediation skills, listening skills and analytical skills are your major assets. The ability to work independently and cross-functionally, and enjoy working in a team are required. The role requires a good mix of method, rigour and creativity to challenge practices and teams. Excellent knowledge of French and English, as well as good knowledge of German, are expected to communicate in multilingual teams.
