Languages: French, German and English.
Melissa completed a three-year apprenticeship in an SME in German speaking part of Switzerland, where she obtained her federal certificate of proficiency as a commercial employee in 2018. She passed the “Business English Certificate” at the same time.
After a year as a marketing assistant and in customer service at a jewellery retailer in Lucerne, she decided to improve her French.
She worked as an au pair in Neuchâtel and obtained a diploma in French. After that year, she decided to look for a job in Neuchâtel and found one at PTS.
In 2023, Melissa obtained her diploma as a company trainer and has been looking after her apprentice ever since.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her friends and pets, riding her motorbike and going on excursions in Switzerland or abroad.
