A celebration of the first official action carried out by P&TS in Italy, directly without using a local representative! Our three new Italian patent attorneys, who received their qualification fter a demanding training followed by an examination in Milan, have celebrated in a fitting manner with pizzas the validation of a European patent obtained by P&TS in Italy.
Following the EPO, Switzerland, Germany, the UK and Ireland, this new direct representation allows us to reduce the costs of protection and to fully understand the characteristics of the national patent systems in these key markets.
In this way we can work directly with the Italian Patent Office to file European patents etc. We can also help our clients to bring value to their inventions and to protect them against counterfeiting in this country.
