All e-mails sent by P&TS contain an electronic s/mime signature. This signature added by our encrypting server allows the recipient to make sure that the message is really from P&TS; it can also be used by the majority of modern client e-mail software to send us encrypted messages.
For some time now, several recipients who read our messages on iPhone or iPad have reported e-mail software blockages or crashes when they receive this kind of signed e-mail. The problem is due to an ios bug that was resolved in the 11.4 update. We strongly recommend all iPhone et iPad users who read our e-mails on this type of equipment to update to ios 11.4.
