The company STS won the first prize at the EPHJ exhibitors’ grand prize with white platinum: this coating is an alternative to rhodium, which has recently become the most expensive metal in the world. This company of the Acrotec group, which specialises in watch and jewellery, entrusted the protection of this innovation to P&TS. We wish this new surface treatment, which is already highly appreciated by STS customers, a long and successful life, particularly for covering watch movement parts.
