Your mission:
- Administrative support to engineers and lawyers in all procedures related to the obtaining of patents and designs.
- Correspondence in French and English with inventors and partners in Switzerland, Europe and the world
- Precise and meticulous monitoring of procedures (deadlines, cost estimates and invoicing)
- To be the privileged interlocutor of telephones and contacts with external customers
Your profile:
As a trained commercial employee, you have at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a technical or legal environment. With a real sense of organization and analysis, reliability and quality of work are your strong points. You are fluent in both spoken and written English, as well as French.
