We welcome Mr. Adrian Judele as Manager Operations & Projects!
Adrian will be responsible for the management of the administration and finance teams. He will also be responsible for continuous process improvement across the company, and special projects.
Between 2008 and February 2022 Adrian managed international teams and complex projects for the British Council, the UK’s international cultural organisation, in Romania, Switzerland and as part of the EU regional management team. Challenging the status quo, propose improvements and innovations to make clients’ and colleagues’ life easier, support and guide his teams during uncertain periods of organisational changes, all that while finding an optimal balance between income and expenses – this diversity of roles and challenges was a continuous motivation for Adrian.
