We are excited to welcome Prof. Dr. Daniel Kraus to P&TS as our new Legal Counsel in IP/Innovation law/Privacy.
Daniel joins us with an extensive background as an IP lawyer and as a professor of IP law at the University of Neuchâtel and in various other institutions.
His expertise in IP law is recognized widely, having served as a deputy judge at the Federal Patent Court since 2012.
As of April 19, Daniel has been with P&TS, where he will significantly enhance our expertise in IP and IT law.
His deep understanding of intellectual property will be key in aiding Switzerland’s innovative companies to craft new strategies for protecting their technologies and avoiding legal pitfalls.
