The article highlights the importance of IP in the canton, while also covering the activities of Centredoc and of the Intellectual Property Pole at the University of Neuchâtel.
It also discusses the changes of the playing field at a moment when innovation moves from a protectionist role to one of «open innovation». In closing the journalist points out that successful companies are more and more those who are not innovative, but those which manage to discover innovations all over the world, to acquire them and to integrate them in an optimal manner in order to manufacture a product.
