Despite the armed conflict in Ukraine, the IP offices in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus continue to operate for the time being. However, the situation can change very quickly and the payment of fees, the sending of instructions and the cooperation with our agents in the conflict-affected cities in these countries would be disrupted.
We therefore ask our clients who have patents, trademarks or other intellectual property rights in these countries, or who would like to obtain them, to send us their instructions well in advance of the deadlines. We will do our utmost to preserve these rights in these countries, in compliance with the laws of Switzerland and the countries involved.
