Managing Intellectual Property magazine has recently published its annual survey with rankings of the top PCT filers in the major patenting jurisdictions throughout the world. The rankings are based on the number of PCT applications filed that were due for national stage entry during 2016.
P&TS is very happy to reach a position in the top 3 for Switzerland, for the third year in a row. In fact, after two consecutive years as no. 1 in 2014 and 2015, we achieved a second position in 2016. This regularity among the top filers of PCT applications is the result of years of good practices and development of services tailored to the needs of our clients.
In fact, we work constantly to provide the best intellectual property advice to our clients and the highest quality service. This is fundamental to our continued success and to that of our clients.
