Despite the difficult economic situation and the lack of visibility in the short term, we are convinced that the needs of companies for expert advice in our field, between science and law, will continue to grow. We are therefore delighted to inform you that we have strengthened our team with the simultaneous arrival of three new employees:
- Hermine Lacour holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and a Master’s degree in law; she has dedicated her doctoral thesis to open source licensing. A native French speaker, fluent in English and German, she will provide highly specialised advice to developers and IT companies in the development of their software solutions, for example in matters of intellectual property, data protection, open source or proprietary licences, or in the drafting of general terms and conditions or development contracts.
- Marine Dieu has experience in following patent procedures and technology transfer acquired in a major R&D centre. She will reinforce the team in charge of patent formalities at P&TS, in particular for French or English-speaking clients.
- Adrien Marcone holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Mathematics from the EPFL. Curious and passionate about technology and the innovation process, he will advise clients active in the fields of mathematics, cryptography, blockchains and artificial intelligence in particular.
Thanks to his talents, P&TS strengthens its position as a specialist in legal advice for innovation projects, particularly in the field of new technologies and digital technologies. We speak the language of inventors, and recruit the best legal and scientific specialists to accompany creators from the birth of an invention to commercial success in more than 65 countries where we operate.
