Pascal Koster obtained after his law studies at the University of Berne the title of attorney-at-law. He then pursued a career in the legal department of the Swiss Institute for Intellectual Property in the patent law division, in international affairs, in copyright and in the trademarks division where he worked as an examiner. In 1997, he joined the trademark department of an important patent-attorney law firm in Berne before founding, in 1999, the intellectual property law firm of Koster & Partner Ltd whose director he is. In 2004 Koster & Partner Ltd becomes P&TS Marques SA.He handles the trademark portfolios of Swiss and foreign clients and advises them as regards intellectual property and related rights, in particular in trademark matters, for the protection of design and in conflicts involving domain names. Pascal Koster is a member of various Swiss and international professional associations, such as VPS, AIPPI, INTA and LES. This allows him to foster personal contacts with his international colleagues and to increase his worldwide network.

Pascal enjoys reading a good book and visiting art exhibitions. He goes running, rides his mountain bike and rushes down snowy mountain slopes on his skis or snowboard.
